Flailing!

Hey guys!

I think I made an epic mistake with my blog break. Now, I am finding it impossible to get back into it! I'm cool scheduling posts and doing cover reveals, but when it comes to myself, I feel like I've run out of conversation!

The truth is, not that I've run out of words, I'm just so freaking busy. Fitting everything into the day is getting harder and harder, but I'm hoping once the book signing is done, I will have some more time to spend with you lovely people!

Until then, I hope you can bear with me until I get myself sorted out! <3 br="">

  1. No worries! Ease yourself back in with one post a week and just go from there.

  2. :-) I totally understand. I've felt the same way lately. Take your time, you'll get back into it.

Good luck with the signing, btw! I wish I was closer so I could go!

  3. I always find it hard to get back into the swing of blogging after taking a break from it. Alex's advice sounds perfect.

  5. We've all been there. No worries!

  6. No problem at all! I'm kind of going through the same thing. I feel like I have a lot to say but no time to say it. We're going through a lot of changes with my wife's home business and our new dog - which is all cool, of course! Hopefully things will settle down soon.

  7. Sometimes you don't realise how much time blogging takes up until you don't do it for a while. Less than two weeks, and you can be back to normal :-)

  8. Yeah, this is me, too. Exactly. When did we find the time for this before? ;)

  9. I'm drowning in the to-do lists too!

  10. So glad I'm not the only one that feels this way. I'm happy to do write posts with prompts or share exciting news for my writer friends, but I've been talking about myself for two years, and well... *crickets*

Here's to hoping we both find inspiration soon. :-)

Blurb During the day, law enforcement consultant Gracie Hofner is on assignment at a small San Antonio bakery, waiting for a delivery. No one knows what it is or when it will arrive. The upside? GUTGAA Meet and Greet!

Oh, I have SO been looking forward to this!! But, before I start, I need to send a huge apology to Emily R.King and Melodie Wright. I signed up to their What I Did Last Summer Bloghop , but it looks like I'm not going to have the time to participate. :( I've never backed out of a bloghop before, but as you may have noticed, I've been kind of out of the blogging loop for a while and now I'm struggling to catch up! Please go and check out Emily and Melodie's hop, though - it's fun! :D NOW, onto GUTGAA! This amazing blogfest was put together by Deana Barnhart , and was designed to help writers in their quest to find an agent, plus help form connections between writers. The idea is genius and I am so excited to be a part of it! So, I am going to begin with the meet and greet questions, and I'll be hopping around to other blogs later! :D Bio : Kyra Lennon was born on the South coast of England, and to this day, still lives by the sea. It's here! WIP: The Movie!

I can't even tell you have excited I have been about this! It's early, so I have only got round to a few entries so far, but I am having a blast reading them all! Thanks to all who have participated, and of course, to my awesome co-host, Rachel ! It's time for me to introduce you to the characters from my - as yet untitled - WIP. When I first started this blog, my WIP was different, so this might confuse some of you (sorry about that!). This is Leah Walker, my MC. Technically, she is a little young, but she looks perfect! Leah is a physiotherapist for an American soccer team, but she is actually an English girl with a, let's say, colourful past. Radleigh McCoy is the ridiculously good-looking, not to mention exceptionally arrogant soccer player who challenges Leah in every way possible.  This is Freya Phillips. Freya is Leah's best friend and roommate. She works as a coach for the soccer team, and she is both very kind, and totally wild! Th...
