Cover Reveal: That Sadie Thing by Annalisa Crawford

Today I'm here for the cover reveal of Annalisa Crawford's short story collection! I have had the pleasure of reading this book already, and let me tell you, these stories will blow your mind!!

A couple break up on a rainy night; a runaway longs to go home; a woman finds comfort from eating lunch as her best friend lies in hospital; a teenager feels oppressed by her father. All of the characters in these stories are trying to find their place in the world, attempting to find connections that matter with
the people around them.

This collection brings together prize-winning and published stories from the past
twenty years: the ‘greatest hits’.

That Sadie Thing and other stories will be available on Kindle from Monday 25th February 2013.

Annalisa Crawford lives and writes in Cornwall with a good supply of beaches and moorland
to keep her inspired. She finds endless possibilities in the relationships between people. As
this collection testifies, she has been writing for twenty years - but doesn't feel a day over
twenty-one.

This amazing blogfest was put together by Deana Barnhart , and was designed to help writers in their quest to find an agent, plus help form connections between writers. WiP: The Movie Blogfest

Since I've been blogging, the fun of blogfests has helped me meet some awesome new people and also helped me to learn a lot of things I would have otherwise missed out on. I love reading snippets of everyone's work, and getting to know each individual writer's style and genre. With that in mind, I would like to announce a brand new blogfest which I am co-hosting with Rachel at Writing On The Wall !     WiP: The Movie - March 9th Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to post a photo of the actors or actresses you would like to play the characters in your WiP if it were to be made into a movie. Head over to YouTube, and post a song that best describes one of your characters, or your story as a whole. Again, you can pick one song, or several, it's entirely up to you!
